The LTC seeks to enable all leaders in schools to fulfil their potential and to contribute to the creation of an educational climate that makes it possible for every child to do likewise.
The LTC delivers and facilitates a wide range of leadership and training programmes throughout the year. These include national programmes, such as the National Professional Qualifications, and regional programmes such as Developing Your Leadership, professional learning community for teachers from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.
The LTC provides an ideal learning and training atmosphere and a cost-effective alternative to the everyday distractions of your own premises.
When you describe yourself, do you think about your position or your personality first? Profound conversations today with colleagues from @5DTrust https://t.co/lpOMRaLMWp
Busy week of leadership NPQs with @bestpracticenet and @ChilternTSH this week exploring the decisions school leaders make balancing educational outcomes with operational effectiveness. What is the most helpful question a governor has ever asked you in this area? https://t.co/5uyzz08cmn

Great discussion with @PrioryRise using @BlobTreeDotCom and Kolb’s learning cycle to explore the leaders we are, the leaders we would like to be and need to be. Is there a difference for you?
“I want you bacc”? Privileged to be at the schools #APPG launch tonight of their report into 21st century assessment with @rethinkassessmt and @NatBaccTrust . Thanks to @NEUnion for hosting and supporting this important proposal. https://t.co/8CaxkylX7L
